To get the most out of our time together, please complete the following before your call:

1. Watch Both Videos Before Our Call

Please take the time to watch:

These videos will give you important context about the techniques, training approach, and coaching system we'll be discussing during your session.

2. Let Any Key Decision-Makers Know

If there is someone important involved in your decisions, please share these videos with them before your call.

They are welcome to join the session if they'd like to better understand your goals and what we'll be discussing.

3. Join the Call On Time

Please be ready a few minutes before your scheduled appointment.

We reserve this time specifically for you and ask that you respect the appointment just as we will. If something unexpected comes up, please let us know as soon as possible.

4. Be in a Quiet Place Where You Can Focus

Please join the call from a quiet location where you can give your full attention to the conversation.

Avoid taking the call while driving, running errands, exercising, or in other distracting environments.

A desktop or laptop computer is preferred whenever possible.

5. Come Ready to Talk About Your Drumming Goals

The purpose of this session is to help identify what's currently holding back your double bass playing and create a clear path forward.

Think about:

• Your biggest challenges right now
• What you've already tried
• Where you'd like your playing to be 6-12 months from now

The more specific you can be, the more valuable this session will be.
